Introduction
The product is completely made of resin, auxiliaries, additives and solvents from domestic and foreign well-known manufacturers. It is mainly used for coating stainless steel surfaces. After spraying, products will be high in metallic texture.

1. High hardness: 4-5H
2. Adhesion force: 0 level (100% no peeling in adhesion test)
3. Flexibility: 1mm stainless steel plates cannot be cracked when bent at 90° after painting; 0.5mm-thick stainless steel plates cannot be cracked when folded.

Application
The product is widely applied to elevators, doors/windows, guardrails, cabinets, display cabinets, sanitary ware, crafts, medical instruments, industrial equipment, electrical equipment, etc.
Instructions
1. Paint proportion: working solutions
2. Baking time/temperature: heat preservation for 30-40min
3. Baking temperature: 150~180℃ (adjust the temperature and time according to actual working conditions)
4. Construction methods: spraying, brushing, showering, soaking, roller painting
5. Storage time: 12 months (at normal temperature)
6. Packaging specifications: 20KG/barrel
Precautions for Use
1. Substrates must be cleaned before construction, to ensure surfaces are free from impurities, pollution and moisture.
2. The air of construction sites needs cleaning and dredging. The product is a flammable material which must keep away from fire.
3. When matched, please do not mix our products with other coatings, otherwise we are not responsible for quality problems occurring during use.
