Product use

Suitable for coating and protection of machines, oil tanks, etc., anti-corrosion, anti-rust and surface decoration of steel structure equipment and facilities, water treatment equipment, and coating of metal surfaces, motors, electrical appliances, meters and other shells

 

Instructions for use

1. Component one and component two are mixed according to 5:1 (weight ratio) before construction, fully stirred evenly, and epoxy anticorrosive paint is applied after curing for 30 minutes.

2. Spraying method: air spraying, brushing, rolling

3. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months

4. Packing specification: hammer paint 20KG/barrel, curing agent: 2KG/barrel, thinner: 25KG/barrel

 

Precautions

1. Before the construction of epoxy anticorrosive paint, clean up the surface to be applied, remove the oxide skin, rust and other impurities by sand blasting and derusting, and sand blasting to Sa2.5 grade

2. Epoxy anticorrosive paint shall be used with matching. The mixed paint shall be used up within 6 hours.

3. The application between the two coatings shall be carried out after the lower epoxy anticorrosive paint is completely dried.
