Product use
Widely used in curtain wall aluminum veneer, curtain wall accessories, zinc alloy curtain wall, copper door, stainless steel, doors and windows, auto parts, bridges, highway guardrails, high-end buildings, anti-corrosion products such as petroleum equipment and storage tanks
Instructions for use
1. Paint ratio: paint 1: water 1~2
2. Baking time: heat preservation 30~60 minutes
3. Baking temperature: 120~180 ℃ (please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual working conditions)
4. Spraying method: manual spraying, automatic spraying, shower coating, dip coating, roller coating
5. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months
6. Packing specification: 3KG, 20KG/barrel
Precautions for use
1. Product workpiece degreasing must be thorough, can not have residue
2. Please stir the coating evenly before use to avoid color difference caused by precipitation
3. The construction should choose sunny weather, avoid the construction in the wind and sand, rain and snow weather conditions
4. The best coating temperature is 5-30 ℃. Rainy, foggy, snowy days or when the relative humidity is greater than 75%
5. Each layer of coating should be uniform construction, to ensure continuous uniform coating, to avoid pinhole, leakage coating, hanging and other undesirable phenomena
