Product use
Widely used in curtain wall aluminum veneer, curtain wall accessories, doors and windows, auto parts, bridges, highway guardrails, high-end buildings, oil equipment and storage tanks and other products
Instructions for use
1. Paint ratio: original paint 1: thinner 1
2. Baking time: heat preservation 30~60 minutes
3. Baking temperature: 120~180 ℃ (please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual working conditions)
4. Spraying method: manual spraying, electrostatic spraying, roller coating, brush coating, shower coating, dipping, roller coating
5. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months
6. Packing specification: fluorocarbon paint 20KG/barrel, fluorocarbon diluent: 15KG/barrel
Precautions for use
1. Mix according to the specified proportion and stir evenly
2. The fluorocarbon paint should be placed in dry, waterproof, leak-proof, sunscreen, high temperature, away from fire
3. Use iron brush or sandblasting to remove rust spots, old paint film, sand and other unsecured attachments. The base surface shall be free of rust, oil stain, oxide skin and other unsecured attachments. It is best to use sand blasting or shot blasting to remove rust on the steel surface, and the sand blasting to remove rust reaches Sa2.5. Manual derusting reaches St3 level.
