Product use
Widely used in steel structure, marine agricultural machinery, automobiles, instrumentation, industrial equipment, oil storage tanks, metal, vehicle machinery and instrumentation and water steel components ship wood and other coating
Instructions for use
1 paint mixing ratio: paint: curing agent: diluent = 4:1: appropriate amount, stir evenly before construction.
2. Drying time: natural drying ≤ 18 hours (20 ℃)25μm, surface drying ≤ 8h; Solid work ≤ 24h
3. Spraying method: air spraying, brushing, rolling
4. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months
5. Packing specification: 20KG/barrel
Precautions
1. Before use, the substrate should be cleaned and free of oil, dust, rust, etc.
2. Alkyd diluent can be used to adjust the viscosity
3. When spraying the topcoat, if the gloss is too high, it must be polished evenly with 120 mesh sandpaper or after the front paint surface is dry, and construction shall be carried out before hard work.
4. When the product is transported, it should prevent rain, sunlight exposure, avoid collision, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the transportation department
5. The product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place to prevent direct sunlight, and to isolate the fire source, away from the heat source of the warehouse
