Instructions for use
1. The blending ratio of crack paint is 1:1 (paint: paint cracking agent)
2. Transparent oil blending ratio: 1:1:1-1.5 (light oil: curing agent: diluent)
3. The blending ratio of solid color paint is: 1:1-1.5:0.5-0.8 (varnish: thinner: color paste)
4. Spraying method: air spraying, air spraying, brush coating and roller coating

Construction process
1. Transparent oil (color oil, primer)-crack paint-(effect paint) Transparent oil-solid color primer (transparent varnish) (different substrates need to be treated differently, some substrates do not need to be sprayed with primer and some colors do not need to be sprayed with primer)
2. Before spraying crack paint, spray primer with two-component transparent oil, and spray crack paint after the surface is dry.
3. Before construction, the paint solution shall be stirred evenly, and the viscosity shall be adjusted with special paint cracking agent. The construction shall be mainly sprayed.
4. After spraying the crack paint, according to the effect of the crack required by the customer, the effect material can be added to the transparent oil, the sprayed crack paint is covered with a layer, and finally covered with a layer of solid color primer.
Effect adjustment suggestion
1. Thin spray, crack is small; thick spray, pattern is larger. Therefore, the spraying must be uniform in thickness, the speed of the gun must be consistent, and the spraying must not be repeated.
2. The paint is too thin and the pattern is large; If the paint is too thick, the crack is small and it is not easy to operate.
3. If the temperature is too low, the cracks are small and even do not crack; if the temperature is too high, the cracks are large.
4. Solvent volatilization is too fast, the crack is larger; Solvent volatilization is too slow, the crack is small, and even does not crack
5. The paint should be covered immediately after opening the barrel. It is normal to have caking particles occasionally during use. After mixing evenly, filter with about 80 mesh and spray
6. The paint should be used as soon as possible after it is adjusted. If the surface layer is not used for a long time, skinning will affect the spraying effect. Appropriate diluent should be added, stirred and filtered for use.
7. The speed and distance of the gun should be consistent, and the displacement and oil output should be well grasped.

Precautions for use
1. Crack paint is a one-component paint. No other curing agent is required when mixing paint. The construction viscosity can be adjusted by the appropriate amount of special crack water produced by the same factory for construction. After the adjusted crack paint is fully stirred, it is filtered with a 100-200 mesh filter screen, and the construction can be carried out.
2. The paint solution is now prepared and used. Once prepared, try to use it within 2 hours and not more than 4 hours at most. After the paint is opened, it must be sealed immediately to avoid volatilization, moisture absorption and deterioration, which will affect the use effect
3. After the construction is completed, the workpiece should be left standing for more than 7 days to allow the paint to dry completely before it can be put into use. During this period, no contact with water or bump is allowed.
