Product Introduction
Hammer paint is made of modified alkyd resin, special color paste, additives and aluminum powder. Clear pattern, bright color, convenient construction, can make up for the defects of uneven substrate, also known as flowering hammer paint.

Product use
Hammer paint is suitable for indoor decoration of various machine tools and equipment, luxury doors and windows, safes, instruments and other surfaces
Instructions for use
1. Paint mixing ratio: paint-curing agent-diluent = 4-1-appropriate amount, stirring evenly before construction.
2. Drying time: dry for 5-10 minutes, dry for 24 hours
3. Film thickness: dry film 25-80μm/track
4. Spraying method: spraying, brushing, rolling
5. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months
6. Packing specification: hammer paint 20KG/barrel, curing agent: 2KG/barrel, thinner: 25KG/barrel
Construction Requirements
1. Before use, stir the paint thoroughly until the paint surface is evenly hammered, and the substrate should be cleaned.
2. Adjust the construction viscosity with matching solvent, mainly air spraying, and carry out construction with spray gun air pressure of 3-4kg/㎡
3. The spraying distance is about 20min, and the moving speed of the spray gun is slightly slow and uniform.
4. Before the formal construction, it is best to sample and spray to adjust the consistency of the pattern.
5. Different environment and construction conditions will produce different hammer effect
6. The spraying film is thicker and the drying time is longer.
