Product use
Durable decorative topcoats for the protection of steel structures under severe corrosive conditions and surface layers for metal structures, concrete structures, masonry surfaces, asbestos cement, wood, polyurethane and other solid surfaces
Instructions for use
1. Paint ratio: (original paint 1: curing agent 0.1: thinner 0.3)
2. Baking time and temperature: heat preservation for 30~60 minutes, time 60~100 ℃ (please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual working conditions) or completely cured at room temperature for 7 days
3. Spraying method: manual spraying, electrostatic spraying
4. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months
5. Packing specification: fluorocarbon paint 20KG/barrel, 3390 curing agent: 2KG/barrel, fluorocarbon diluent: 15KG/barrel
Precautions for use
1. according to the provisions of the proportion of mixing, stirring, full reaction after aging into use, adjust good fluorocarbon paint must be used up within 6 hours, in order to avoid more than the activation period of waste
2. The fluorocarbon paint should be placed in dry, waterproof, leak-proof, sunscreen, high temperature, away from fire
3. Use iron brush or sandblasting to remove rust spots, old paint film, sand and other unsecured attachments. The base surface shall be free of rust, oil stain, oxide skin and other unsecured attachments. It is best to use sand blasting or shot blasting to remove rust on the steel surface, and the sand blasting to remove rust reaches Sa2.5. Manual derusting reaches St3 level.
