Instructions for use
1. Paint ratio: paint 10: curing agent 1: thinner 0.3
2. Baking time temperature: heat preservation for 30~40 minutes, 60~100 ℃ (please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual working conditions)
3. Spraying method: manual spraying, electrostatic spraying
4. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months
5. Packing specification: elastic rubber paint 20KG/barrel, curing agent: 2KG/barrel, thinner: 25KG/barrel
Precautions for use
1. Please remove the oil, moisture and dust impurities on the coated surface before coating
2. The ratio of curing agent must be accurate. Before use, please stir the three components completely before use, and filter with a 300 mesh filter
3. Please use a special diluent, such as the use of other diluents may not cause hardening
4. Please seal the paint and curing agent in the shade and store the paint with curing agent within 4 hours.
5. When the coating film is too thin, the feel will be affected; if it is too thick, the performance will be reduced.
6. Rainy days should be used with anti-white water to prevent whitening phenomenon
