Product Introduction
This product is a mixture of multi-functional polyurethane resin, stain-resistant slip resin, photoinitiator, leveling defoaming agent, active diluent, etc. Does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOC), it is mainly used in a variety of plastic, acrylic coating surface cover light.

Instructions for use
1. Operation process: UV photon irradiation and curing film
2. Paint ratio: working fluid
3.UV light curing: high pressure mercury lamp, irradiation 5~10 seconds
4. Infrared leveling: 45~50 ℃ temperature guarantee time ≥ 3 minutes, to ensure the leveling effect
5. Spraying method: roll coating, automatic roller coating, shower coating
6. Storage period: (room temperature) 12 months

Precautions for use
1. Before construction, the substrate must be treated clean to ensure that the surface is free of impurities, no pollution and no water
2. Voltage instability will affect the curing, UV lamp need to be replaced regularly
3. The air in the construction site needs to be clean and dredged. This product is flammable and should not be near fire.
